Linux Mint and Adobe Shockwave Flash problem

After my GIMP 2.9.1 adventure Mate eventually gave up and I reinstalled Mint. GTK incompatibility was too much for Mate to handle.
Everything was as usual except embedded videos on YouTube played in fast forward mode without producing any sound. Tried alternatives to mint-flashplugin-11 but nothing have changed, so I went installing more important things and left flash problem for later. Then after few days started watching some video and noted that audio is very weak. Went to audio properties, main menu -> Control Center -> Hardware -> Sound and changed settings like this

From HDMI Audio to Built-in Audio and Output volume to 100%. Flash started working properly?! Looks that it uses audio for syncing, most unusual problem and solution as well.
